Maria Zhang is CEO and Co-Founder of Proactive AI. She has been a trusted leader in AI in Silicon Valley. Previously, she ran AI for Products at Meta as General Manager and Vice President. She has led technology development as Vice President of Engineering at Google, Instagram and LinkedIn as well as CTO of Tinder. Maria also founded Alike, a restaurant recommendation app, which was acquired by Yahoo in 2013.

Justin Réi Ching is Head of Marketing at Proactive AI. Previously, he was a Global Media Lead at YouTube and Google. He was also a Director of Audience Development at 21st Century FOX, which was then acquired by the Walt Disney Company. Over the years, Justin has consulted for numerous venture-backed tech startups while also serving as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Southern California’s Annenberg School.
