As Founder and CEO of Hattie Hill Enterprises, Ms. Hill has served as a strategic growth and development consultant for many of the world’s largest multinational companies, including McDonald’s, Aramark, and Southwest Airlines. Her influential work spans more than 70 countries worldwide.

As a board member of Prosper Company, Ms. Hill is an integral part of the design of the ground-breaking Prosper Forum, a bold initiative to elevate and expand diversity in the foodservice and hospitality industry. The event brings together today’s top industry leaders with the next generation of diverse talent to create a platform for better business, better lives, and a better world.

Ms. Hill’s extensive background in the foodservice and hospitality industry stems from her 30+ years of consulting work as well as her years of service as CEO of Women’s Foodservice Forum (WFF), the premier leadership development organization for women in the foodservice industry.

Ms. Hill also served for three years as President & CEO of the T.D. Jakes Foundation, which provides skills, education and training to lift communities and power the global economy through science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics (STEAM) jobs.
